Celebrity Scents on trial
Here's a great article in Britain's Daily Mail testing the latest celebrity scents.
Interestingly one of the reviewers says of With Love by Hilary Duff: "This perfume is a hidden gem. Get your mitts on it as soon as you can".

White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor
I bought a bottle of White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor last week and ever since I started wearing it, about five people have asked what I was wearing.
I'm really liking it.
The fragrance was created in 1991, making it one of the original "celebrity" fragrances of recent times. It is the result of the following top fragrance Notes: neroli, lily and tuberose. The middle notes are: orris, narcissce and amber and the base of the fragrance is: sandalwood, patchouli and oakmoss.

Jurlique fined for price-fixing
Australian skin care and cosmetic company Jurlique has been fined $3.4 million for price fixing.
The penalty on the South Australian company is the highest ever imposed in Australia for resale price maintenance.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said the company had breached the Trade Practices Act by not allowing retailers to sell Jurlique products at a discount.

Organic body products
I have just started using some great products from Aussie company Natural Instinct. (In fact, their offices are in Bayswater, the suburb where I spent my formative years and went to primary school. A useless fact for you all!)
The products use organic herbs and have organic certification and best of all, they smell gorgeous.
The products contain no sodium lauryl sulphate, no petroleum by-products, no artificial fragrances or colours, no harsh detergents, no animal derivatives, and no harmful chemicals.
I don't usually get excited by organic products or shampoos and body washes but I really love these.
